Christmas Fair 2002

Saturday 30th November 11AM till 2PM

Yes - following popular demand the Christmas Fair is back!

All the old favourites will be there, plus a few new ones. We have been in contact with Father Christmas and he has kindly agreed to make some time in his very busy diary to come and visit us

Help Needed

None of the members of the committee have been to Hogwarts, so that means the Christmas Fair won't be happening by magic. We will need help from you parents. How can you help?

Make a Cake

If you do make a cake and it contains nuts, please label it clearly.

On the day

There are lots of little jobs that need to be done on the day and your help will, as ever be very much appreciated. If you do feel able to help please let any committee member know before the fair and I'm sure we will be able to find a job for you!

Film Night
14th November

Scooby Doo (PG)

£2 Per Person

Doors Open 6pm with the film starting at 6:15 (ending at 8)

Unfortunately neither Parents or Year R Children can attend

Non Uniform Day
22nd November

(to raise funds for the Bottle Tombola)

There is a change to the forfeit this year. For safety reasons we decided that it was no longer a good idea for children to bring bottles into school so we would like the non-uniform forfeit to be £1.00.

Raffle

Raffle tickets are starting to come in but can we remind those that haven't returned their tickets yet that they are £2.00 a book (40p a ticket). Could you please return your (sold) tickets as soon as possible (you would be amazed how long it takes to fold all those tickets!!)

100 Club

The 100 Club currently only has 38 Members, which means the monthly prize money is about £15 for first and £4 for 2nd. Remember 50% of your entry goes to the prize fund.

All memberships are due to expire in December. If you would like to rejoin (or join for the first time) either visit the 100 Club stall at the Christmas Fair or contact a committee member. It only costs £1 per month.
